first permit bleed as much as you can. if glass slivers when inside they strength just come backwards out. clean it under running water, if you have peroxide, wash with that too. bandage it up as tightly as possible than go to the emergency room. i dont know you may need stitches if the cut is really deep

Bandage it up and go to see a doctor to ensure no glass is inside your measure and to give you an bactericide shot. However if the injury is squirting or pulsing discover you need to fix it and call an ambulance. This would indicate that you hit a injury artery which can be serious.

Be a little bold and soft press over the wound to check if something hard feels. If it does then it render which needs to be removed. To kibosh bleeding, clean your wound with clean cold water (the colder the better, get some from refrigerator). Once bleeding reduces, slowly and without exerting pressure, apply ice. In the end you can do the dressing by using clean bandage and the right ointment. Best would be to wager your general physician. They are effective at direction such accidents.
