ok so i was eating, and u undergo the lowercase lean things on the underside of your tongue? ya well it got cragfast in my set and i accidently ripped it out and it tore!! and it hurts wen i open mouth breathe, talk, yell, eat, everything! is there any type of cream or medicine i can take to help this heal?? thank you soo much! it rattling hurts :(

Luckily, the mouth heals quickly. I wouldn't place any toiletries on it; they might not be innocuous to swallow. Try gargling with salt water. If it's not better in a pair days, go wager your doctor.

Let it ameliorate on its own. We have some sort of liquids in our mouth which heals any cuts in our mouth. It's in our spit. Also, dog's spit crapper ameliorate cuts likewise but I won't wait you to put dog spit in your mouth. Anyway, the things under our tongues are plica sublinularis and the plica fimbriata. They ready the tongue useful and without them, the tongue won't work. You're lucky you only ripped 1 of them
