 How to ameliorate a hole on a finger?

I had a vesicle (after accidentally pouring a hot water on my fingers) some life backwards but I accidentally ripped it soured while taking soured a vesicle plaster. yes I know, OUCH. so there's a hole on my finger now, and I don't know how to impact it. I am not sure if I can use Bio Oil and I hit no aloe vera. Help?

Use Ozonol and a Band-Aid during the day, then at night, verify the band-aid off to permit the wound breathe.
