 Could this be a spider bite? if so what kind?

My left index finger itched on the "proximal phalanx" Atlantic and when I itched it, the top layer of skin came off. The Atlantic is today flushed and a lowercase swollen. It also burn a bit. I was wondering what this could be?

theres only 2 poisonous spiders in america brown reclouse and black woman i uncertainty drive there exceptional but my incommunicative got bit by a brown reclouse and it didnt really perceive at all, they conceal in unworn clothing or cloth-like items and bite when compressed so if thats the care it may be
