 Does anyone else bite the exclusive of their cheek?

It's a intense usage I hit had for a very long time. My mother utilised to tell me stop it or I won't hit any cheek mitt to chew! Lol! Does anyone else here hit this usage or utilised to hit this habit? I would like to stop, but I think it's a usage that I will never be able to break! Help!

I do it every now and then. It's been like that for me ever since i was a kid. I just have to be careful when i chew.

I've had plumpy cheeks about a assemblage before. And whenever I see a mirror I used to ache both my cheeks to see how I would same if forfeited whatever weight. And after it became a continuous habit, Now I forfeited coefficient and my cheeks are insipid and substantially toned and today I don't do it.

I do it alot. i sometimes instance the corner of my mouth with my set which really hurts But I do it when i am nervous or anxious

i do it ever seem like the exclusive of my lip or disrespect sheds a little witch is probably from me chewing it but my mom told me it might be because of a type of toothpaste i utilised but i still haven't obstructed but ya i do it too

I do it all the time too. If I'm bored,nervous,upset,it's kinda "comforting" to me. I don't conceive I'll ever kibosh either =)

i do it also......itd be attractive if you were a cute girl/guy, but if you're not, then doing it makes you look grotesque as hell; open appearance. so you should try to stop, it could also like hurt the inside meat of your disrespect because you apply push on to it. Ways to stop: whenever you do it...just think, "oh crap, i advert panda locution all this information, i need to stop". Additionally, you crapper meet massage your cheeks (cuz you may feel rattling raw in your cheeks and may need to massage it so it wont be needing a biting from your teeth)

I do it too, I've been doing it since I was a child. I don't think I'll ever stop either. I bite my nails as well so when I try to stop pungent my nails I move pungent my cheek twice as much and vice versa.

I constantly do this too!! I sometimes catch myself and conceive "Gosh that can't be attractive", but I still do it, I'm unsure why and 1/2 the time don't even realize I'm doing it. I have not noticed it enough to have found a pattern or anything, I conceive it's meet something I do ~ yes it is an odd habit and it probably doesn't look likewise attractive, but I don't conceive it's likewise odd, or weird, or gross :)

I hit ever had this habit, soured and on, but not as intense as some people. I don't draw blood or anything. I hit read before that having lesions in your mouth can also advance to cancer, so it isn't a great idea to continue the cheek mastication! I know any usage can be broken with God's help, so I module pray for you!

all the time and they were ever sore and peeling. I did it unconsciously and it became a terrible usage - in fact, I used to astonishment ground my lips were ever hurting. I did conquer the usage by applying chapstick and lip balm every time my lips were parched and chapped. I now keep a tube of lip softener (any kind) in my handbag, near my desk, near the kitchen sink, next to my bed, etc. It rattling works. I astonishment if you could ingest a bit of vaseline or cancer sore balm inside your cheek whenever you encounter yourself biting???

It is a nervous habit - its arduous to break but it is doable to stop and its essential that you do stop. You are doing damage to yourself and you could irritate the nerves in your grappling (research trigeminal nerve) which is extremely painful. Try to chew gum and see if that helps you turn or stop you from doing it. You may poverty to study when and where you doing it and appraise if something is bothering you - maybe something that's "eating at you" that you aren't expressing? Good luck!
