Okay, so I was running down the stairs and on the last step I did something queer to my knee, like I suddenly felt a sharp pain. Anywho, it's been painful ever since and I can't curve it. I crapper walk on it okay, it's just painful but my grandma says I'm limping... I'm disagreeable not to though. So, I managed to curve it about halfway, but it hurts. My school has a aggregation of stairs and I'm worried about tomorrow... I conceive the stairs might be a little tough... Is there anything that I crapper do tonight to make it hurt less tomorrow? And please don't tell me to go to the doctor, I have school, and if it's still bad by the weekend THEN I'll go :P Also, what do you conceive happened? It hurts at the front top-ish. Is it a tendon or something? And what should I do? Heat? Ice? Rest? Walk? Bend it? Not curve it? Leg brace? Can I get one at the pharmacy? I have an elastic bandage abstract from when I sprained my ankle, would that help?
