I hit my head. I don't have a headache, but I do have the symptoms above. I remember having a minor concussion before with similar symptoms; I was just told to "rest". Could it be that again?

It could be. Are your pupils responding well to light? If they are big and not responding, then you hit serious brain damage. Check that immediately. A concussion is almost always followed by confusion. It would be prizewinning to go to the emergency room for your own healths sake, though. Just check your pupils reactivity and if it is not reacting, call an ambulance instead of driving.
