 Exercises to make my ankles stronger?

Well last year I poor my ankle, (like 2 months before school ended) and it still hurts if i walk for a long time. If i go down stairs, sometimes it gives discover and i twist it a little. Then I was at the fair and i was going down the stairs and sprianed my another ankle :( so are there any exercises i can do to make them stronger? would a ankle brace help keep it straight and stronger?

My gym railcar had me do this forever when i broke both my ankles on floor. Ok so what you do is go up to a wall (or a furniture or whatever other locate that you see safe not to start over) and stand with your heels flat on the ground. Raise your heels at a job speed, and alter them down slowly. Do most a hundred of these with your feet straight, turned in, then with your feet turned out (like a ballerina). This exercise module slowly start to strengthn your ankles and make it so it hurts less when you walk. NO do not wear a stock because it makes the muscles and legaments weaker. If you rattling think that you need something, go to Walgreen's or some pharmacy and get athletic enter and foam. I hope this helped. :)
