I wiped out and the bike same crushed me against the dirt and there was rocks and such but i had on jeans and a onerous hoodie. I went to rest right after and I realized when I got home I never treated them, how should I clean them? No rocks or anything got through the jean material. The ginglymus cuts are kinda deep

I would clean w/warm liquid and mild soap, place whatever peroxide on 'em, then place whatever neosporin type ointment on 'em. If any are deep, place a bandage on 'em for a couple days. Just ready them clean, and ready ointment on 'em and you should be okay.
