I was told that I cannot walk/jog for most a month because I broke my toe and do not want to get lax on the cardio. I was wondering if swimming will aggravate the injury? What most the stationary bike, that seems same it would be okay? If you can tell me if these are fine thank you, and others recommendations would be appreciated. (Also asked in Diet and Fitness category)

The poorest part most a busted toe is there is not a whole aggregation you crapper do most it - just wrap it as best as you crapper & do your normal routine as best as you crapper - a hebdomad or 2 you won't feel it at all...

I would guess swimming and cycle are ok, but you should really ask your doctor. That's belike going to be it for cardio. I'm sure you can do all kinds of weights/ strength machines. Why not try that for a change??
