I hit my nous my actuation and hitting it in the door case (I know stupid). Anyway some yellow fluid came out of my look also when I leaned nervy it also came out. I did not transfer out/loose consciousness, my is vision normal and i don't have any bruises. This is really worryng me and I hope somebody could help.

CSF revealing is not yellow, but a clear color, that can sometimes hit a twinge of blood in it. It is definately not yellow. My daughter had a severe injury and had a CSF leak. She had a clear liquid dripping from her nose. It had also leaked into her fruit causing deafness. By the way. She had suffered severe fractures to her skull, after getting tangled from a car.

The changeful revealing is a termination of meningeal dural and arachnoid laceration with fistula formation. Blunt trauma is the most ordinary cause. I think you requirement an evaluation by a neurologist and investigation of the changeful which is reaching out of your nose. You should visit an emergency department.
