You need to get some wax to put over your braces where they are rubbing your mouth. Make sure it is edible. There is dental wax. You nay be able to find some at Wal-mart or the take store. Your representative heels pretty fast once the irritation is gone. Oral gel may desensitize it for a while, but it will defect at first.

Absolutely. When I had braces I had this problem all the time. Go down to your topical shop and intend some "Zilactin." It's a gel in a small tube that you administer right over the problem area. It acts as a temporary obstruction and fix so that you can eat, smile, talk, etc. without pain. It also keeps the area from getting opened up again so it has a quantity to heal.
