 I sprained my foot while walking a month ago?

A month ago I sprained my left measure while I was walking. It kinda went under me but I was able to walk again. But I kinda see whatever pain at the backwards of my foot, above the heal when I walk although I wear easy sneakers not high heals. It kinda hap while I walk with the sneakers. I don't know if that is from the sprain that happened a month ago or what? I didn't place any muscle cream on it when it happened because I couldn't see any pain after it..

sprains can verify years to fully heal.. just baby your foot, manipulate it everyday & consign it in hearty water to relax the muscles & tendons & stimulate blood flow to the area, which module help aid you in healing faster & also consign in cold water to relieve the pain. you can alternate. :)
