I meet saw the Doctor for that a few months ago..He formal me to take 2 Aleve every twelve hours to curb the swelling and ready it from reaching back..He also gave me an exercise to do to alter the muscles..you requirement to sit on the edge of a chair sit up straight and stop your leg discover off the ground by most a measure and invoke your measure as far to the right as you crapper and stop it for as daylong as 3 minutes..He said if you can't do that then your muscle is anaemic and it causes your knee to invoke likewise much therefore creating that pop..I could only stop mine for 15 seconds..It should be painful when you stop it and invoke it to the outside..If you can't stop yours for 3 transactions then do as daylong as you crapper and process it 5 seconds per period ..You requirement to do this exercise at small 5 times a day..I am up to 3 transactions now and no more popping..Good Luck.

sounds that you most likely damaged your meniscus. Go to the doc and hit him effort your meniscus and also ask for an mri to make sure. If it is your meniscus you can't do anything to make it better. Only thing to fix it is surgery since it is cartilage. All you crapper do is prevent symptoms and support the discompose and discomfort. If you knee is locking then you hit wat is titled a bucket appendage tear.
