The extent of the damage is what determines if surgery is needed or not. All your muscles are connected. No exercising for at least 6 weeks...let the injury heal correctly.

No, not all broken bones requirement surgery. My sister's was really bad, she had a spiral fracture, and they just place her in a flooded handicap patch for a some weeks and then place her in a half handicap patch (just below the knee) for added some weeks. She also had to be in a wheelchair while she had the flooded cast.

obviously dont training your handicap dirt its healed, otherwise it wont, or might intend even more damaged, even permanently damaged, i know, i didnt listen and my ankle hurts dirt this day, not all bones need surgery, its only when theres a problem with just putting it in a cast, for example the broken bones arnt in the correct place, my dad had to intend a bag in his arm coz of that, to be honest, you should ask your doctor about these things, not yahoo answers.

Not all busted bones need surgery. It depends on where your pearl is busted and how intense it is broken. Most likely you will get a splint place on your leg first. After the swelling goes downbound (usually a few days later) they should place the patch on. Your medico may refer you to an orthopedic specialist for this. You should be able to do some upper body exercises but that depends on what your medico prefers. I wish you good luck and hope you heal quickly.
