Ice Wrap it Stretch Let the muscle rest Keep playing on it and you're likely to do daylong term damage

Use some icy hot, stretching, and sight a manipulate expert cannot hurt.

First get an older sock..fill it with rice and microwave for about 45 seconds. Then put it on the muscle for at lest 30 minutes. After the muscle is warmed up massage it yourself and meet advise on it to get murder flowing to it. Then stretch lightly. The more murder line it gets the faster it module heal. Sorry to center about it. Ouch.

Hey, you want to both cover it and heat it. Ice during the day and heat at night. Stretch it a aggregation especially before ball to loosen up the actual muscle, to prevent straining it more. Also when it starts to feel better do whatever excercises to alter it. Rub it before any fleshly activity too. And take it easy.
