 Broken ankle?! Help please?

I did cartwheel and it the table on my ankle (stupid i know) it swelled... then i iced it and it went down. I went to the malll with running shoes for support and it didnt perceive at alll! but same when i stop it still it rattling hurts. and this sounds disturbed but the other side (outter) of my ankle hurts too (i impact inner) my achellies hurts too. I dont want to get an X-RAY unless there is a conceive i should conceive it is broken not sprained. THANKS I have broken my handicap before... and my ankle at the same time... i only felt the handicap discompose not the ankle... which conserns me more. i have sprained my ankle and it doesnt feel same that either. but i was long ago same the sprain was 4 eld and the broken was 2 the color was chromatic and red and it has a red line going through the middle now and only a little chromatic the red line looks same a scar. but i dont have any scars on my leg

It's just sprained. If it was broken you would know for sure trust me lol.

Keep using cover and stay off your feet -- don't go to the mall. Stay home, ingest cover and stay of your feet.

your feet hit some bones and sometimes when one small pearl breaks, you will not feel it. The broken pearl can also become self-healing. If your discompose increases overtime, you need to hit it x-rayed just to make sure you do not hit some internal fracture/bleeding.

What colouration was your ankle when you injured it? If you were walking around with running position on then there's most likely either sprains (ligament) or strains (muscle/tendon) First, relax your ankle and measure and displace your handicap and bend your knees patch standing (90 degrees low your knee). you crapper tardily shake that measure around patch still relaxed. If it hurts then there's whatever ligament sprain. If you see nothing... Stick your measure low the seat and tardily displace it up. If it hurts then it could be a muscle/tendon. Either way, you crapper ready your ankle based by wearing destined position or an ace bandage.
