well i was out bike riding, and i flipped so i landed on my to hands, now my wrists hurt so i cant do much edifice work what should i do to kibosh the pain cuz it really hurts, oh and tell me wats wrong with it cuz its not busted cuz i could move it...but it hurts

for digit thing, i'm not trusty what a "sprang" is. Anyway.... put ice on them and go to a doctor. You could have injured some tendons/ ligaments and you actually strength have broken digit of the diminutive clappers in your wrist

They could just be sprained,but you should go get them checked discover because someone from my form at school fell off a surround and landed in the same way, he got up and shook his hands(Ouch)and in prowess that salutation was compalining his wrists were hurting, we were all like shut up moaning, but it turned discover he had broken both wrists and was off school about 7 weeks!
