not really a bruise is a because you busted your blood vessels under your skin they heal on there own there is not much you can do meet cover it with foundation

Old wives tale I heard is to run a crest over it to support break up the blood vessels. Never proven it though.

try icing it down. the ice will contract the blood vessels( the source of the bruise marks). the bruise may not finish right away but it should speed the process up

i don't think there is much you can do but you can try rubbing it

You can add some foundation to it. If it matches your wound tone, it'll counterbalance it but not hide it completely. It takes instance for the bruise colouration to disappear.
