I am a competitive cheerleader and I am the base (the one who holds up the person above) and perceive my carpus 4 days ago.. it didnt perceive such at the time but it perceive badly that period and hasnt gotten any better. Its 2 weeks till our final competition and would just like to know what I haw have done to my wrist? It only hurts when I pick up something heavy, put pressure on it, or flex my assistance back.. its agonized correct in the area where the carpus bone sticks out, correct in the middle, then throughout the middle of the assistance (outward part of hand, by the way). What might I have done to it?

I play football often and last year I played in a tournament and also perceive my wrist. Same spot and it perceive when I did the same things that you mentioned. Usually I would blow it soured and put cover on it but it was hurting too badly. I went to the hospital and they said it was just a slight fracture and I had to wear a cast for about a month. Maybe that's the case, if not, then I'm not sure. Hope your carpus feels meliorate [=

You most-likely sprained it. Have you practical ice? Wrapped it with an ACE bandage? If you hit not finished any of these things and it's been four days? Then you've only made it worse. I'm known for getting perceive all the time to the saucer where I carry ACE bandages and band-aids wherever I go. If you don't study RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation). If you hit a competition, I would not continue, but go to either your family doctor or your edifice nurse. If you ready on going with cheerleading, it could turn into a pronounce fracture where you would modify up in a cast. Hope you get better!
