 Pretty sure theres something rattling wrong with my knee. Help please.?

K, so I'm kinda freaking discover correct today I was just outside playing soccer for the past few hours and I stepped criminal somehow and my articulatio is messed. It feels dislocated or something and its swelling a lot. I can't curve my knee, it feels like something its caught its weird. Any ideas what strength be wrong. I have soccer tryouts Thursday period and this isn't good.
