I had six intense hours of squash training yesterday at my club and I haven't played that much since squash season last winter. Now my Glutes and dominant arm are abominably painful (known as "Squash Butt") How can I get disembarrass of muscle soreness?

proteins! the amino acids will help with hooligan recovery. after doing your squash practice for awhile, your body will get used to it but for now, meet eat lots of proteins =) hope your butt feels better haha jk
