 How do you heal a bruised wrist?

My sister crowded her wrist quite hornlike on the door. It is now bruised and she claims she couldn't feel her fingers until she place ice on it. What should I do?

just keep ice on it and move for it to heal. nothing you can really do

you should ice and apply RICE method if that doesnt help and it still hurts after about week you should go to your student or topical hospital.
