my leg has been hurting for like a month and it in the middle of the lateral of my shin and it goes down to my ankle and now from buckling my nee hurts oh the ancle started yesterday and the nee today what should i do

im not sure exactly what your asking, but if you requirement to ease the pain, do this: take a few dixie cups, modify with water and freeze them. once they are freezed, use one cup for both legs rub the cover up and down your shin until most half the cover is gone use the another half of the cover for the another leg it does take a while but your shins really do see better after i propose freezing many cups at the same instance because you are going to want to cover your shins most every period and it will be easier if they are already ready in the freezer hope this helps
