Broken arm/wrist or sprain? i was wrestling with my someone and i picked him up and went to smash him on the ground, and somehow my arm was there( i guess i picked him up with 1 assistance lol) and he landed on it, hes about 110-120 lbs. And my arm has been sore for about 9 hours, and i broke my arm last year, and its liek the same spot. Any thing i can do 2 effort 2 see if its broken or not its been nearly 24 hours now.. and it ease it ease 'hurts'..

Just leave it lonely for now... 9 hours isn't too bad. If the suffering persists, you should definitely go to a doctor.
