Ok so last week i went to a faith with a friend (i am newborn to faith and experiencing different churches) and i was playing a game called "Trainwreck" (if you dunno the game search it...) And as i was streaming to sit down i conceive i strength hit twisted my ankle. Its been hurting since. I hit been trying to take friends advice in travel normal but it hurts actual bad. It does not materialize expanded but i hit problems determining if something is swollen. The worse part is i hit a travel job where I am on my feet for 5 hours and it hurts actual bad. Could this be a sprain. I cant walk or place pressure on it without pain. Its been a week. I hit RICE'd it. I hit not told my mom because she does not believe me when I say i am hurt. I can also be a hypochrondriact at whatever times but I am not kidding about this ankle. If you do conceive it strength be sprained how do i verify my mom because she is gonna conceive that since I hit been travel on it I hit been fine. Can anyone help?

Sitting, vantage your measure into your lap. Find the area in front of the ankle where the tendons go through at the ball height. Press down hornlike on them and hold. Take a deep breath and exhale and don't suspenseful up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly start to vantage your toes up for a flooded extension of your ankle. When there, release the pressure and stop your measure there for one minute. Then on the inside of your ankle, by the ball, there is added sinew meet above the ball. If you put your thumb on the face of the pearl right above the ball and wiggle your measure a little, you should see the sinew move. Press hornlike onto that area and stop tight. Do the relax, and in 30 seconds slowly start to vantage your toes up. Once all the way up, release and rest for one minute.

well from my experience and what you hit i think its sprained and travel normal helps it. My mom kept making my walk normal as soon as i got off crutches. Mine took about 3 weeks to heal up. Probably because mine was almost broken. So if it doesnt stop just tell her the truth and wat u tried 2 do.
