 Is it innocuous to go on the elliptical with a bad knee?

I have a articulatio injury and my student told me not to run or do vigorous exercise for a some days. Is an elliptical innocuous in the meantime? How most walking for a workout?

I would suggest not to try elliptical simulator until you don't hit any knee pain. You should enquire a good physical therapist to figure discover what exercise is good for your knee after it has fully recovered recovered. Good luck
