 Back hurts as a 24 year old?

so i do sporty things like scuba, surfing, exercise, but lately if I bend over, I feel a hooligan twinge around my lower backwards / buttocks. I've never had this difficulty before, although lately i hit been sitting / leaning backwards on a lead for 8 hours straightforward (due to work). what should i do? more stretches? breaks between working?

I am only 15 and have similar problems from using the machine a lot. All i was told was to stretch, stretch, stretch. Also, after a beatific warm up and loosening it up a bit, if its not bothering you that particular period i would suggest whatever reddened exercises to strength your lower backwards and core. So find whatever exercises like for your abs, obliques, and lower back. Over all just debase it out and try to set with beatific posture.
