Its been hurting since Wednesday Idk y it is hurting, i dont conceive i did anything to it. What do u think? help?

No, Just wrap it and ice it. Elevate it once a night and stay soured of it as much as possible. Switch to heat in a pair of days. Take some aspirin or something if it continues to hurt.
