 Twisted Knee? Pls Help.?

My sister twisted her knee? She says it feels like it popped out & in again & is rattling painful. She has a high discompose tolerance & never pitys herself, but today she's liming.... I've never heard if this, hit you? Do you know ground this happens? Or what to do for the instance being? She is sight a doctor tmr morning. It happened patch she was walking normally. Thanks

you really can't do much until she see's the doctor tomorrow. The best thing that she can do for the time being is ice it and twine it with a compression twine (ace bandage) to control some swelling that maybe present. What sounds like happened was that she subluxed her patella. Maybe her knee strength be soured track. she strength hit a kneecap femoral problem. Most likely they module take xrays and module probably crush it. Good luck.
