A few life ago my legs/arms/shoulders meet random started twitching/having hooligan spasms. They're mainly in my left leg/toes, but I'll occasionally get one in my arm/shoulders, and I have no idea why. They've actually gotten to the saucer where they're keeping me up at night. Oh, and lately I've been tearful for about an hour a day. Could that've contributed to it?
