 My shoulders have really been hurting, what are some good stretches?

my shoulders have really been hurting for a while now are there some beatific stretches i could do to loosen them and ease the pain? links to sites with pictures would be really helpful thank you!

ok so ive had what i intellection was a pinched nerve. maybe its just a strain. it wasnt going away. i looked in backwards discompose meds n found these patches "salonpas" theres 20 patches for 97cents at walmart. its done WONDERS!

Hmmmmm, well I am currently going finished the aforementioned difficulty and my chiropractor gave me a great thing to do which rattling does work. Ok so it's not rattling a debase but if your shoulders perceive exercising strength make them worse and this solution doesn't perceive one bit! This is what you should do: 1. First intend a kitchen or room hand towel and soak it with water. Wring it out to the best of your abilities so that it is not dripping. 2. Next twist the towel length wise once again (just aforementioned when you wrung it out) and then place it in a bowl and follow it into the microwave. 3. I don't exactly advert how long it took but you need to microwave the dewy towel until it is wet and hot. 4. Once the towel is nice and wet intend another towel the aforementioned size and wrap it around the twisted towel meet as you would wrap a towel around an icepack. 5. Place the towel on your shoulders and situate it so that it sits on where it hurts the most. You should leave the towel there until it is no longer blistering but kinda rattling cold aforementioned when you first place it in the water. 6. You can do this as ofttimes as you would aforementioned until your shoulders are opinion better. CAUTION: You MUST wrap another towel around the blistering one because it will be rattling blistering and you do not want to burn your skin!!!! If this doesn't impact you can also intend someone to manipulate them and possibly use a vibracusser on them to modify them up. Another existence would be to go wager a chiropractor! GOOD LUCK!!! PS: I'm 13 years old so depending on your age it strength not be AS effective but it should still work. =]
