Ice 20 min. on 20 min. off. Rest. Maybe an ACE bandage, essay a sling and GET TO A DOCTOR. You requirement to hit an x-ray. Sorry you hit had much a bad experience with this fall. Get better soon. Good luck! Edit: You hit to be sensible. What is more important? A couple of games today or being healthy to endeavor your favorite sports the rest of your life after recovering. My daughter did the same thing with an injury. She didn't verify me about it and kept activity basketball injured. In the daylong run because she kept activity she ended up having knee surgery in the spring. And she missed the outflow soccer season every together. If she had told me about it she may hit just missed the first couple of games. She learned a priceless lesson. I hope you can see from her mistake.

No, don't go to a doctor. That would be stupid. Keep on playing. You strength get two or three more games in before you do permanent damage, and never get to play again. When you are forty, with a bad arm, you crapper look back on how you had to kibosh playing sports as a kid, because you didn't poverty to see a doctor. Cool!
