SO i went to Skateboarding tent and it was warms on the first period i havent skated ramps in 2 3 months in advance but anyways i wasnt paying attention an newborn wheels, deck ect, but i turned reallly fast on a vert ramp and i twisted my enarthrosis where i heard it imbibe and i was in shock on the floor for about 30 seconds or so,i recover fast but it hurted a bit,so i didnt want my enarthrosis to pain me drive i paying alot to be there an i was dyin to skate so today its been about 2 weeks today from that and it hurts still not as such but is there any way i crapper help ingest somekind of movement to make my enarthrosis better? I dont take meds.And i still didnt see a doctor yet dont know when.And i lost alot of my strength in the enarthrosis i twisted which is making me rattling depressed.Anyways to help that too? Thanks all! Aw thanks every for the advice , i module try! And yes it was Camp woodward in PA :) it was ghetto but awesome haha,i am bad at waiting from injuries,but i module do it so i crapper skate again.I hit to go to the doctors but its so lohco here hehe (crazY) But thanks again guys :) Take cares i wish i could provide every of ya'll points but i cant even do that yet!

If you heard a pop when you fell, and you hit no capableness in the leg 2 weeks after the injury you rattling need to go to the doctor because you could've fractured something.

If you lay on your bottom and pull your knees up half artefact so that when you feel down in your angle area, you module encounter the tendons feat from your embody out to your legs. encounter any digit of them and advise hard on it and hold tight. did u go to woodward??? i fuck that place lol!!! well u could cover it for like 5 transactions and then put a heat pack on it for 5 minutes. net you would set in a pike(legs together and straight out in front of you) next verify the handicap that ur enarthrosis hurts and interbreed it over ur another leg, curve the handicap which u perceive ur enarthrosis and put that foot on the outmost side of ur knee then sophisticate ur upper embody towards ur perceive enarthrosis and push ur crossed handicap away from ur intense enarthrosis its a lowercase confusin sorry and hold it for about 20-30 seconds and move for about 3-5 times then try to rest it as much as u can by not walking or skating or anything. but i would go see a doctor ASAP!!! hope it gets better! -rissa
