 Should I go see a doctor?

Today in class,my chair broke and I hit my nous on the floor and I think I hit it pretty hard.Well Im not really experiencing any major things like regurgitation or symptom but my nous kinda feels pressury.Is this any big concern and Should I go see the doctor?

You could hit a temperate concussion. You should see a doctor, injuries to the head are no joke.

yesss!!! Even if you wager fine, the discompose can come backwards in a some days, it is such much safer to just wager a doctor in the first place to rule out concussion and any other problems.
