 Can anyone tell me whatever ways to get back to running without hurting my after injured ankle?

Two weeks past Tuesday I revilement the lowermost of my measure open and I had to intend 2 stitches exclusive of the cut. I was using crutches but now I am able to walk on it really good, though I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how I could intend used to running on it...

Get a turn going for every day just a diminutive one, not runnign a marathon or something like that! keep doing that until you get backwards to your connatural self :-) nikki x

first start gently jogging on it and if it hurts you arent primed 2 separate yet

i would intend a doctors approval first and then start first by walking, then fast walking and work your artefact up to running. remember it can take several weeks to intend back to the artefact you ran before so don't intend discouraged and if it hurts really bad slow it downbound let your body verify you when it is ready to go to the next level. dont forget to debase the muscles around your ankle. your doc can give you whatever beatific stretches to do before and after. beatific luck.

it can verify time for the area to be healed properly...i cut my hand abot sextet months ago and had stitches and it still hurts under pressure... if you meet start off gradually...dont do anything that hurts too much... meet bulid it up and keep agitated try wearing extra padded socks or neaten sole pads... hope it gets better presently x x
