 So i took a pretty hard start yesterday...?

i fell down some steps when i was heading into the subway, thanks to the nonstick steps from the rain lol. i hit my elbow and enarthrosis pretty intense there isnt such bruising it just hurts a little when i move, but i hit full movement of my arm. this means i didn't fortuity anything right? thanks for reading. some feedback would be understood :)

id say your ok, but if in dought go get it checked, ( fell off a porch a few weeks ago disagreeable to mend something on my house and i walked to the car and then crowd on my right ankle, few life later swelling hadnt gone down, went to get it X rayed and they ended up admitting me,

No, nothing is busted if you can move it. Bruising will start in a few life I'm sure. For now, just use whatever ice and heat on it and alternate the two. It will attain it feel better and ready the swelling down.

It doesn't sound broken or anything, if it's expanded then ice it and if it's revilement put bandages on it. If it's still sore after a some life go to a doctor.

You would know if you broke any bones. It would perceive so such with every movement you make. You may perceive more in a pair of days, but that's normal.

nope, nothings broken, as long as you can ease move it, and curve things, your alright. If the pain keeps up for more than a hebdomad you should intend it checked out, you might hit thrown a few things discover of wack. You good pretty good though. Glad your not hurt too bad!

you could have mayhap high a nerve, or the muscles could meet be sore from the fall. take advil and/or tylenol and put ice on the agonized spots. if the pain worsens and/or continues after a pair weeks, you are going to want to go to a doctor. it doesn't sound like you broke anything. i high three nerves in my back, and that is painful.
