Is it easier or more arduous to move our articulatio after it has happened before? I blew out my articulatio last september and needed surgery(i chipped a bone when it happened). And i curious whether if its more or less likely for it to happen again. Thanks!

Yes probably. I dislocated my articulatio and you're supposed to do exercises to strengthen the muscle. I mean, for it to dislocate means it's likely to happen, but even more likely for it to hap again. Try to do wall-sits or something to strengthen the hooligan so it doesn't hap again.
