I just came from my grandmothers and she told me she dropped an goal and it lapse on her foot.I looked downbound and her ankle is proud and her measure is so proud she cant put on a shoe.On the side of her inner measure near the ankle there was a blood blister maybe a bit littler then a dime.It looks scary should i worry?She can still walk a little but her measure is Stygian flushed and bruised. Oh yeah and she did it 4 days ago.

Yes you need to verify her, first because she haw hit broken some bones second because from what you describe she has soft tissue damage she haw hit so much swelling that the blood supply cannot get to her toes.

What you should do is CALL her student and ask whether she needs to be seen. The student may meet provide you some manual to follow.
