I was discover on Friday and Saturday period and spent most of the period on the dance floor. On Sunday when I woke up my feet were rattling sore and I had blisters etc. I was wearing high heeled boots the period before. Its today Monday and my feet are mainly better but my heels are blistered and my middle toe on my correct measure is numb and I'm sometimes getting a tingling sensation. What could this be? a unfree nerve? likewise much diversion in the wrong type of shoes? Anyone had this before? Will it get better on its own or should I see a doctor?

Blisters are familiar enough to me, Alison - I get them from such inferior punishment of my feet than you've given yours! But the exciting is a new one. However numbness alternating with exciting is exactly what I got with a unfree nerve in my neck a few months back (which still hasn't come right). Whatever it is, I'd say the dancing and the broad heels are certainly more than your slummy feet can take. Not to preach, but I'd earnestly look at cutting discover wearing the heels - they do so such alteration to the feet and legs, and I mean long-term damage. But at the rattling least, get flatter shoes for the next dance session! And stay off your feet as such as you can for a while, and wear comfortable shoes. If the numbness doesn't clear soon, I'd say you should wager your GP about it. Good luck - and your "don't you hate it when" question worked, lol.

You should never dress broad heeled boots to go dancing. It's basically meet a no-no. Even when I achievement in lawful 2 inch heels I get blisters on my feet, and they hurt like crazy. I don't think you need to go to the doctor, though. Just relax your feet for awhile, elevate them and if you hit to go out dress flip flops or comfty shoes. If it hurts like disturbed -- then you might hit to go drive the doctor.

I'd see a student if this persists. You could hit some merve damage from dancing and stuff.
