A couple of nights ago, I sliced finished the counsel of my thumb-- nab and all-- while I was cutting a big steak. It didn't actually perceive much, so I think I just got the skin. (and nail) It isn't completely severed, but it's a large surface of skin most half on and half off. In order to take it off, I would hit to revilement finished the remaining skin and slice finished the rest of the nail, which would be pretty freaking painfull. It's ease definitely connected and though I crapper see the discoloration of the dead flesh on the modify of the thumb, it bleeds from underneath sometimes still. It's not infected- I've been applying bactericide cream and re-dressing it with a band-aid or network two or threesome times a day. But I can't go on like this forever! My discourse is... Should I revilement the rest of this thing off, or leave it covered and essay to permit it re-connect and heal on its own? PS: please don't suggest sight a doctor. I hit no shelter with my consort and I'm poor as heck.

ok, it module not reconnect on its own. what it module do is the part that is under the cut skin module heal up and the skin that was cut module turn rattling white. When it turns rattling albescent I would start to pull on it a little at a time every few hours or so. this module drive some bleeding, but dont mutant about it. do not disorderliness with the nail. your nab module grow discover to where you can clip off the cut part and probably countenance perfectly normal again. ready wrapping it with gauze and putting bactericide cream on it every few hours. Also, wash it with warm liquid in between dressings. DO NOT USE SOAP!. this module hurt same crap. Anyways, this should take care of it for ya.
