 I have femur break in right thigh,how much time will take to recover?

I am 30 yrs lod male, hit femur break in my righ thigh(middle of thigh)rod has been placed,today is the 21st period after operation,what are the excercises & how much time module take to recover

If there's no complications the cipher healing time would be around 6 months. 3 months for the bone to heal, and another 3 months to intend the muscles back. As farther as excercises, you'd best intend a healer to care with that.
