hi guys my ankle has been giving off haphazard spurts of throbbing pain ever since i pronounceable it about a month ago i though it healed but i have to run because of sport my mom refuses to verify me to a doctor until my next meet because my coach told her just twine it with an ace bandage so what crapper i do besides verify motrin or other pain relievers or twine it and ice it any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated

Well she should just take you to the doctors since the pain is ease there. Your coach should also undergo better. Is it symptom in any areas? Bruising? In the meantime you need to keep it enwrapped and stay off it as much as possible.

i sprain my ankles all the time with ramdom things but they are mostly mild not bad but i got hit by a car about a assemblage ago and sprained my ankle BAD so meet keep off it at all cost and cover it every twenty minutes of an hour

you should go the doctor....tell her you are in a lot of discompose and u really requirement to go... as for your coach, they try to make light of the injury so they dont loose a player I sprained my ankle and kept re-injuring it...turned out I had a torn ligment and it well improperly so I was always in pain.... since u say u have random spurts of discompose i think u might have torn something....

The foot/ankle is a tricky conception of the body. There's so many little ligaments, muscles, and tendons there that crapper combust up and provide you pain. If you rolled your ankle rattling badly the prototypal time, a month rattling isn't that daylong of a time. You strength not have given it sufficient instance to heal properly. Or, it haw be anaemic and you're compensating for that weakness by running/walking differently which puts pronounce on a different conception of the foot. I've sprained my ankle a lot. First instance I did it, it was actual bad. Had to have physical therapy for it. Took me 3 months to get back to sports. And it got so anaemic from so many sprains, I had to have surgery on it. My advice is to be patient. See the doc now. Ice it every day. Ligaments crapper verify a while to heal completely. And you haw poverty to stay away from basketball for a bit. If that abstract isn't healed, the pronounce of running and actuation isn't helping.
