Jeezoo. Calm down. Panicking gets you nowhere. Gently wash the cut, pat it parched with a paper towel and put a band-aid on it. If you have it, put a blot of Neosporin or other bactericide ointment on the aggrandize of the band-aid before you cover the wound. Unless the cut is rattling unfathomable (edges gaping open) and it needs to be stitched there is no need to go to the ER.
