I am 18 years older and my testicles were really itching one day so I damaged them and then the left lateral proud up big time i just left it and went to rest it was there for a couple of days then it was gone and there was nothing there. But undergo i have some lumps and bumps on the actual ball and feat up the sack what is it or could it be? Also it does not hurt at every what so ever and it's my left ball I went to the Doctor and he said its nothing its just some category of vein that 1 in 10 guys get but im still worried does anyone kno what it could be ??? TMI maybe but im worried as fuk so stfu i wanna kno watsup some docters discover ther???

You haw hit what is called a Varicocele which is a assemblage of veins in the testicle. Predominantly in the left digit so with what your Dr has said that would be likely. You haw hit damaged the ball when you itched or there was already symptom from the Varicocele itself. Now if the varicocele is small (you can't feel it or wager it) and asymptomatic (meaning it isn't gift you some symptoms same pain or a heavy feeling) then digit choice is to leave it alone. This doesn't stingy you can meet block it you staleness ever tell some Dr that you hit digit and it should be noted and checked regularly to insure it isn't getting bigger. If it is job to super in size and is characteristic then you need to get a ordinal opinion (different Dr) as there is treatment. Treatment isn't so bad but as a young man you will obviously want this treated with the respect it deserves. Seek a ordinal opinion or a referral to a Genito-urinary Dr. Don't freak out they are treatable and no-one will know. Good luck :)
