I bent down and change a shooting pain in the region of my back, and I can't set properly, it hurts so much, I'm actually in tears. Have i sprained it or something? I can't move properly, every time I do I intend an awful shooting pain, I ready glaring discover in pain, please help, the Doctors is not open on a sunday, and my Dad just said intend over it it happens to everyone. Got an appointment for tomorrow, Doctors at 9. It's gone really formal now, oooow :(

Seriously.....THAT does NOT happen to everyone! Go to the hospital. If you are in that such pain, you may have slipped a disc or something. Your back is not something you can afford to disorderliness around with. Go to the hospital.

It happened to me in my mid 20's. You'll requirement a chiropractor. try hot water bottles. You probably trusted while bending.
