DId they tell you you have OSTEOMYELITIS? If you genuinely have a bone infection (and not fleecy tissue) you can count on several weeks of IV antibiotics followed by test ones. This is extremely earnest and requires such a long time of antibiotics because the body's defenses do not work well in the bone.
