PLEASE RESPOND! sprained knee! Help? Okay on August 18th or 19th I was playing tennis and perceive my knee. I went to the and he said I just had fluid and it will intend meliorate on its own. It never did so he dispatched me to intend x-rays. They said I had a joint e-fusion, and it will intend meliorate soon. Next it never did so I was dispatched to go to an orthopedic surgeon. He desired me to intend an MRI because he thought I tore something. I went back today for the results and he said I had a REALLY intense sprain (one of the worsts he has seen) and that I am not aloud to do some any training at every (which is hard for me because I do 6 dance classes, 2 life of tennis, separate 1-2 miles everyday, and workout.) So I was wondering most how daylong it will take to heal. He said if it isn't meliorate in 3 weeks he has to separate more tests :( So please help me out. What medicine should I take?

you should put a wrap bandage on it, and keep it straight when you can. i tore a ligament once (which is worse then a sprain) and i just kept it straight and rested for 4 days, and it was fine (but a taste stiff) and i didn't even use a wrap.
