I was retrieving a sport that was tangled over a rail. When I came to jump back over the rail, I was parallel to it, I planted my foot, and as I jumped my articulatio started to pop pretty loudly,it change like my articulatio and absent to the side of my leg and then back again, it happened yesterday and my articulatio is still swollen like a softball, is there a quantity a tore a ligament?

Possibly, but tearing a ligament is very different to rupturing one. If swelling goes downbound within a few days and you and full weight bare you belike haven't ruputered it. It is belike best to intend patterned discover by a student or consaltant.

Its possible. It sounds like you dislocated your articulatio cap. If your articulatio cap went to the outside you may have done whatever damage to your MCL. If you didn't tear anything you belike sprained it. I would go to your doctor and have them visit an MRI because that's the only way you crapper tell if you tore a ligament. Until then just rest, ice, compress and elevate.
