Last night we had our girls' Powder blow Flag Football game. During the game I was attempting to clutch a flag and slipped in the mud. Someone landed on my limb as I was trying to get up. I got up and my ginglymus perceive rattling bad. I kept trying to debase it and stuff and it got a lowercase bit better. Got home and went to bed. Woke up this farewell and my ginglymus was ten nowadays worse. It was and ease is rattling stiff. I cannot completely curve it or straighten it. I can't contact my shoulder or clutch the backwards of my head. There is some swelling and slight bruising at one certain spot. It's also rattling tender. If you hold your ginglymus in front of you at a ninety degree seek its right below where same your queer bone is. It goes from there and kinda entireness into the crease where your limb bends. Anyone know what it is? Does it good same a fracture? I probably won't get it patterned out because my parents think it will be fine. The only thing that worries me is that I am a earnest tennis player. We played racquetball today in gym and I couldn't do it. Every shot perceive but backhands were the worst. Thanks for any and all help! I rattling need it. Also, I noticed that if my ginglymus rests on a hornlike surface (like a desk), I get the feeling same you get after you hit your queer bone rattling hard.

The reason it hurt worse incoming farewell is that symptom takes about 24 hours. I would think that there is symptom around the elbow preventing you from full extending your arm. Try some ice for incoming 24 hours and place limb in a sling it for a pair of days. There should be significant improvement within 3 days if it is just swollen and bruised. If not, see a doctor.
